Interests: I love music. All types of music. Gospel is my favorite at the moment it is so healing... but country and the 'oldies' touch my heart. Trying to help my children in any way I can to help them survive the horrific pain that has been dealt them. Someday I hope to travel. By car, train or plane (even a ship would be great!)
Expertise: I am it appears I am becoming an expert at the process of grieving. I would never have dreamed that the process is so incredibly painful. I do think that with the love of my husband I have become very knowledgable on how to build a Godly marraige.

Words That Changed My Life

Some words you hear all your life from childhood. They bring different images to your brain depending of your frame of mind.  I have in the past six months learned not a new vocabulary but a brand new way  of describing some words.

Frightening :

Cigarettes - A slim long stick of sickness. Smoke inhaled into the lungs creating  pain and debilitating sickness.  Worst of all it takes some of all that is precious from a family.

Small Cell Lung Cancer - It echoes like a reverberating monster deep within your brain.  (If it is 'small cell' it must be easy to treat.) "Be positive, that's half the battle."  Wrong and wrong !!  SMLC is the fastest growing lung cancer.  Caused 100% by smoking.  In the 1960's it was so cool to smoke.
